Ack.  I was sore yesterday, but the sore that you’re proud of cuz you know you’re sore because of a good thing.  Make sense?  Today, I hated every minute of this workout, but am happy I did it.  I think knowing that I started to record it on this blog is forcing me to just buckle down and squat.  Brutal.  I’m kind of curious to see the results though, and THAT’s what’s keeping me going.  More later.  Toodles!
